At this stage, the course facilitators recognize that the key themes can be a little more sophisticated with increasing use of detail and the written word. Practical applications remain important but theory sessions can be slightly longer. Leadership is introduced as a concept as well as communication and working with others. Emphasis is placed on personal action plans for students to develop their own learning styles and look towards successful planning for achieving career and university ambitions.

All Key Stage 4 courses can be done as Pathway (one day) or Pathway Plus (modular) courses.
