How It Works

A six stage process:

Step 1 - Presentation   Step 2 - Agreement   Step 3 - Programme
Presentation from Education Response facilitators followed by identification of training requirements through detailed meeting with school staff Agreement from single school or consortium to purchase Teamwork, Leadership and Communication (TLC) development package from Education Response The school chooses the appropriate course for their students:Pathway or Pathway Plus

 

Pathway Programme

Step 4 - Confirmation   Step 5 - Delivery   Step 6 - Follow-up
Education Response attend school site to confirm arrangements. Student joining letter sent to school with explanation of the day. Student course(s) delivered by Education Response and school staff. Review action plans (individual and group). Certificates issued Education Response send a post course report to staff on key learning points and action planning items.

 

Pathway Plus Programme

Step 4 - Confirmation   Step 5 - Delivery   Step 6 - Follow-up
School staff receives workbooks for pre-course modules.Education Response attend school site to confirm course arrangements. Student joining letter sent. Students complete pre-course modules. Student course(s) delivered by Education Response and school staff. Identify action plans (individual and group). Learning logs issued and completed. Education Response send a post course report to staff on key learning points, action planning items. School staff receive post-course review module. Certificates issued
