Our facilitators respect that, in this learning group, attention spans will be shorter, the amount of written word versus practical input will be less and that the emphasis on fun should be enhanced while retaining the key messages. There is less detail and a concentration on re-inforcing the key themes of team building, communication and working with others. Action planning is introduced and emphasis placed on developing a personal learning log.

All Key Stage 3 courses can be done as Pathway (one day) or Pathway Plus (modular) courses.
